A Rainbow of Health

iStock_RainbowPlants rich in color are usually packed with nutrients that your body needs.   Toss some blueberries or strawberries into plain yogurt in the morning.  Try adding a salad with dark green lettuce, carrots, and tomatoes to your lunch.  Decorate your dinner with green, yellow, and purple vegetables, like spinach, squash, and eggplant.  You won’t just have a cheerful looking plate, you’ll have a happy body.  See how our blogger, Belynda Bady , does it.
