Sometimes you just need to let go and enjoy. \u00a0Last night at our Passover seder, for example, I took seconds and thirds on the baby artichokes. \u00a0(They were, delicious, Mike!). \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After the meal I felt way too full. \u00a0So Mike and I took \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/asweetlife.org\/author\/jane\/\">Jane Kokernak&#8217;s<\/a> advice and went for a post dinner walk to gently work off some of the food. \u00a0As Jane pointed out, unlike the winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Valentine&#8217;s Day), Passover and Easter usually fall in the spring, so the weather allows you to take a walk with your family after the meal. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We wish you a great Easter dinner. \u00a0And don&#8217;t forget that you don&#8217;t have to sit around the TV and nap off the food.
