Winners are awarded funding to cover airfare, two nights in a hotel, and a meal budget for attending the Innovation Summit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To enter the 2014 Patient Voices Contest you must submit a diabetes video product review and fill out a short online form.
