Meat master <a href=\"https:\/\/aplrestaurant.com\/about\/\">Adam Perry Lang<\/a> popularized the idea of a \u201cboard sauce\u201d \u2013 an herby steak sauce that\u2019s chopped, mixed and assembled right on the cutting board. Slice your meat straight into the sauce, allowing the juices to run and marry, and toss it all together. It\u2019s messy and glorious. Smash into cutting board with the broad side of a chef\u2019s knife. Dice on the same cutting board.\r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Pick oregano and parsley leaves. Pile directly on top of garlic and roughly chop.\r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper directly onto the board.
