Immediately turn the heat to low and add garlic and shallot to the pan.\r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Lightly saut\u00e9 garlic and shallot in the residual butter, about 2 minutes.\r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Add brandy to the pan. Turn heat up to medium, and stir vigorously, scraping up and beef drippings stuck to the bottom of the pan.\r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Add beef stock, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another minute, until sauce begins to thicken.\r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Add heavy cream.
