 1 Tbsp orange juice\r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"ingredient no-bullet\" itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">\n            \u00bc cup unsalted butter, at room temperature\r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"ingredient no-bullet\" itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">\n            Salt and pepper, to taste\r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"ingredient no-bullet\" itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">\n            2 pounds bay scallops\n          <\/li>\n              <\/ul>\n\n                      <p id=\"zlrecipe-instructions\" class=\"h-4 strong\">Instructions<\/p>\n    \n                \n                \n    <ol id=\"zlrecipe-instructions-list\" class=\"instructions\">\n                        <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Preheat oven to 425 degrees. \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Cut or snap off the tough ends from the asparagus spears and discard.  \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Cut the spears into 1 \u00bd-inch lengths.  \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Bring a large saucepan three-fourths full of salted water to a boil.  \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Add the asparagus and boil until bright green, about 1 minute.  \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Drain well and set aside.\r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          In a small bowl using a fork, mash together the orange zest, orange juice, butter, salt and pepper. \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Cut out 6 hearts from parchment paper, each one 12-inches high and 12-inches wide at widest point.  \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Spread the parchment hearts in a single layer on a work surface.  \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Divide the scallops and the asparagus among them, placing them on the right half of the heart. \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Season with salt and pepper and dot with the orange butter. \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Fold the left half of the heart over the filling and beginning at one end, fold and crease the edges together securely so no juices will escape.\r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Place in a single layer on a large baking sheet.  \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Bake until the packets have puffed considerably, 7 to 10 minutes.  \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          One minute before removing from oven, make a small cut with a scissors in the fold of packet \u2013 this will allow the parchment paper to remain inflated after you remove it from the oven.  \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Remove from the oven and place on to warmed individual plates. \r\n          <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"instruction \" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n          Cut open the top of each packet with a scissors and serve immediately.\n          <\/li>\n              <\/ol>\n\n<div class=\"zlmeta
