A Day in the Life of Diabetes

Too many Americans think of diabetes as a minor hindrance rather than a life-changing disease. But the American Diabetes Association wants to show America what a day in the life of diabetes is really like.

This year’s campaign for American Diabetes Month, which kicked off on October 1 calls for people to share a personal image representing what A Day in the Life of Diabetes means to them via its Facebook page. The image can be of yourself, someone you care about, an object, a place, a scene—whatever you choose. Together the photos will help build a mosaic that shows the true picture of diabetes.

For every photo/image uploaded, CVS/pharmacy® will donate $1 to the Association, up to $25,000. CVS/pharmacy is a proud sponsor of the A Day in the Life of Diabetes campaign. To learn more about the CVS/pharmacy ExtraCare Advantage for Diabetes® savings program exclusively for those living with diabetes and their caregivers, visit CVS.com/diabetes.
