Is there a way to make this either on the stovetop, oven or microwave?
In the video you don’t add whipping cream?
Delicious! My whole family loved it – I forgot the bacon but it didn’t need it ? Thanks for a great recipe!
The first time I made this I used the bacon. So delicious! My husband, who is Mr. Bacon Lover, said the cauliflower is so good that the bacon isn’t necessary. So I made it yesterday without bacon. Made this tonight and omg cauliflower never tasted SO good!!
I just made this tonight….it is decadent, divine deliciousness!!!!!!!! This is going to be my go to cauliflower recipe. Next Christmas, this is what I will be bringing. Am I am going to use this recipe and make soup!!!! Yeah Baby!
SOOOOOOOOO good! A family favorite.

Thanks!

I also swapped the pepper jack for Colby Jack because I didn’t have pepper jack but I compensated with more fresh ground pepper and red pepper flakes. So good, will DEFINITELY be using this more and serving it to guests :) Thanks for taking the time to… Read more »
